Waterfowl Hunting
Located in the agricultural belt south of Ottawa, Eastern Canadian Outfitters has secured thousands of acres of prime waterfowl territory adjacent to the famous Rideau river waterfowl corridor.
Although best known for amazing Canada Goose hunting, phenomenal late season puddle duck hunts are also something to experience! Blinds include layout, pit blinds or A frame style blinds and all include chairs for our clients’ comfort.
Bring clothing suitable for the weather conditions (we hunt in all of it), shotgun with appropriate ammunition, drinks/snacks, Ontario small game license, Canadian Migratory Bird Conservation stamp and your camera!

Our Packages
Morning and evening hunts are available for one day outings or multiple day excursions. Minimum group size of 2 and maximum 6. We reserve the right to combine smaller groups to a maximum of 6 hunters.
Seasons and Limits:
- Early Goose Season – Sept. 10th to 20th, 2026.
- Limit of 10 Geese per day, no possession limit.
- Regular Goose Season – Sept. 26th to Dec. 30th, 2026.
- Limit of 5 Geese per day, no possession limit.
- Regular Duck Season – Sept. 26th to Jan. 10th, 2026.
- Limit of 6 per day, 18 Duck possession limit.
Accommodations are available at one of our two hunt camps located roughly 20 minutes from our main hunting locations at a cost of $50/night per person based on double occupancy or, there are several AirBnB’s or motels in the area.
Pricing:
- *$275 pp per day
- *$750 pp for 3 day hunt
*A “day” includes a morning or afternoon hunt up to 5 hours in the field hunting, plus the cleaning of birds.
Meals, accommodations, 13% taxes, gratuities and licenses are not included.
